teiru & charity
I really like Charity. Since Teiru really likes sweets, maybe he could be walking around somewhere lost in thought while holding an ice cream cone (three flavors). Charity might be walking or running to get somewhere (or not). Teiru could accidentally run into her and almost get ice cream all over her clothes. If he did (or not) he'd still feel guilty for running into her and might ask her if there's anything he can do to make up for it. She could refuse (or not). If she did, he could insist. Even though he's not much of a people person, he doesn't just get up and go if he's done something wrong. They could go out somewhere and maybe he could have a little crush one her eventually?
